Why the seller did not receive the payment after I paid successfully?
If you encounter this problem on the TruBit Pro P2P trading platform, please check the following first:
Please confirm again whether the information you filled in is exactly the same as the order details shown.
If you used a bank card as your payment method, please confirm whether the payment will be made instantly.
. Contact your bank or payment institution to verify if your system is under maintenance or if there is any other problem on your part.
If there is still a problem, click "SUBMIT AN APPEAL" with the following 2 steps: steps:
Step 1:
Click the "Submit an Appeal" button at the bottom of the transaction order page.
Select the category of appeal and describe the appeal.
Click the "Submit" button. It will show "Your complaint is under review" if submitted successfully.
Step 2:
After step 1, click the button in the upper-right corner. Proceed to submit a request and select "P2P Commerce Issue or Appeal" as the category.
Upload the proof of your complaint and describe the appeal; click "Submit".
After completing the above process, please be patient for customer service to check.

What if I over-paid or under-paid?

What if I did not receive the crypto assets after paid successfully?
The TruBit Pro P2P trading platform will only display buying and selling information, and the actual payment process will be completed outside of the platform. Bank transfer time is out of our control.
Avoid large transactions and make the transaction only during business hours. We recommend that you set up instant transfer. If the payment cannot be completed on time, please inform the merchant accordingly. If the other party appeals, see the following solutions:

Why can't I purchase digital currencies on TruBit Pro P2P Trading?
A user may be restricted from trading if the following happens:
When a user places three or more cancel orders, the system will restrict the user from trading for 24 hours.
When there is a violation of the trading rules of the TruBit Pro P2P trading platform, the account may be restricted from trading or frozen.
Why my balance in fiat became smaller after P2P Trading transaction?
As the price of digital currencies can fluctuate, your total fiat balance will fluctuate with the token price. Your total holding of digital assets will not change.
For example, the USDT price was $1 when you bought it in TruBit Pro P2P Trading, and you will pay $100 if you buy 100 USDT. Later, if the USDT price drops to 0.97, your total USD balance will show as $97, but you will still have 100 USDT.
