1.- Is TruBit Card a credit card?

The TruBit Card is a prepaid card. You will need to have a balance ahead of any purchases you make with it. It's backed by Mastercard, which offers the best coverage at a national and international level.

2.- How do I get Bitcoin Cashback?

The Bitcoin Cashback is generated each time there is an active promotion and you use any of these tokens to pay with your TruBit Card: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH or XRP. Please check out the Terms and Conditions for more details.

3.- Does the TruBit Card generate any kind of maintenance fees?

The TruBit Card does not generate any kind of maintenance fees.

4.- Where can I purchase with the TruBit Card?

With the physical version of your TruBit Card, you can make purchases in any online or physical store that accepts Mastercard. With your virtual card, you'll be able to buy from online stores only.

Keep in mind purchases made in foreign currency (USD, EUR, etc.) will be subject to the applicable taxes imposed by the Argentinean authorities.

5.- What is the exchange rate used when making purchases in foreign currency?

If you pay with Argentine pesos, the exchange rate used will be the official Banco Nación "sell" rate with a markup of 10%. Current tax deductions will be applied to your purchase automatically. If the 10% markup fee amounts to less than 0,2 USD, a fixed fee of 0,2 USD will be charged instead. In your purchase history you'll be able to see the breakdown of withheld taxes.

If you pay with crypto, we will automatically convert your tokens to ARS and the same logic described above will apply.

Please be advised that, due to Mastercard policies in Argentina, the 10% markup fee for international transactions is nonrefundable.

6.- Can I pay for services such as Netflix?

Yes, you can pay for your favorite services and subscriptions with the TruBit Card.
